Diving is accessible to almost everyone! As long as you're in good health and have a basic level of fitness, you can participate. However, certain medical conditions might require a doctor's clearance.
We offer introductory courses like the Open Water Diver certification. It's designed to teach you the fundamentals of diving, including safety procedures, equipment usage, and basic underwater skills.
While we recommend owning your personal gear for comfort and hygiene, we provide rental equipment as part of our courses. As you progress, having your own gear becomes more beneficial.
The duration varies depending on the course. Typically, the Open Water Diver course takes a few days, including theory sessions, confined water training, and open water dives.
